ROLLIE PESCHON
Rollie Peschon, President and sales manager has 27 years experience in residential and commercial construction. Rollie began his construction career when he was in Junior High working as a laborer during summer vacations. After graduating from Pipestone High School he started working full time for Bill Eich Construction Company as a carpenter and was soon leading his own crew. The company set up a custom cabinet shop that Rollie managed for five years. In 1986 Rollie moved back to field supervision and worked until 2001 as a Production Supervisor. He was responsible for overseeing two Project Superintendents, coordinating all company field operations, ordering millwork packages and cabinetry, as well as overall quality control.
In 2001 Rollie began to focus his attention on designing and marketing fine cabinets and millwork. Thus the seed was planted that blossomed into his own business “Artistry by Peschon” in 2002.
Artistry by Peschon has already made its mark on the industry providing creative designs, high quality cabinets and millwork and superior customer service. Contractors appreciate Rollie’s extensive experience in all facets of the construction process, and his planning, scheduling and communication skills are all part of an unparalleled customer service program at Artistry by Peschon. JEAN NEWMAN
Jean has been on board with Artistry by Peschon since its inception as Rollie’s bookkeeper and Office Manager. Jean’s prior experience owning and managing a grocery store has taught her the importance of details. She keeps Rollie on track as only his sister could!

SHELLY GUSTIN
Shelly worked with Rollie at Bill Eich Construction since 1997 and is a part-time administrative assistant. Shelly helps Rollie with office tasks and customer service.
